Custom order turnaround times vary based on the item, my current workload, and the complexity of your design. Smaller items typically have a 1–2 week turnaround, while larger projects usually take 3–4 weeks. When you place a custom order, we'll discuss your deadline and work out a timeline that works for both of us.

Ready to ship and pre-made items ship out roughly 2–4 business days after your order is placed. Custom orders ship within 5 business days of final approval.

Every order ships with tracking information so you can monitor delivery progress. Since mail can take longer from Vermont, tracking helps both of us stay informed about when your package will arrive and how long the journey takes.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of most of our items, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, please email us with a photo of the damage along with your order information. We'll work with you to find the best solution.
